State funding
Proposition 2
Proposition 2 and the State School Facility Program can pay a share of eligible modernization and new construction, which stretches every local dollar further. This page identifies the projects that meet the program’s requirements, the documentation supporting each one, and the estimated State share against the District’s local match.
What Proposition 2 changes
Proposition 2 authorized State bond funding for school facilities, distributed through the State School Facility Program as matching funds. The State pays a share of an eligible project and the District pays the rest, which means a local dollar committed to an eligible project does more work than the same dollar committed to an ineligible one.
Eligibility is not a judgement about whether a project is worth doing. It is a test of whether a project fits the program’s rules: the type of work, the age of the facility, the demonstrated need, and whether the supporting documentation exists in a form the State will accept. A project can be urgent and still be ineligible, and the plan says so rather than implying a match that will not arrive.
This page exists because the District asked for a sample report specifically. It is built to support an application, not just to describe one — every line on it traces back to the source assessment that produced it, which is the reason the traceability matters.
Eligible projects by campus
Every project the assessment identified as meeting the program’s requirements, listed by campus with the work type, the scope, and a link back to the assessment finding that supports it.

Sample Proposition 2 report
A downloadable report showing eligible projects, supporting documentation references, and the State share and local match calculation in the format the District would submit.
The sample report is generated from the Proposition 2 report once District assessment data is loaded. Until then this slot holds the download and states plainly that it is not yet available.
